【Important-Additional notice as of May 8】628th and 629th Subscription Concerts –Cancellation of the April 24 &25, and May 15 &16 concerts : Refund Policy
Sapporo Symphony Orchestra has been searching countermeasures to prevent novel corona virus infection. However due to an increase in number of the nationwide infected patients, as well as increase in number of uncertainty infection route, we have decided not to carry out the concerts scheduled for April 24 & 25, and May 15 & 16.
Refund of the tickets will be carried out at the Ticket Office, where you have bought your ticket. Please visit the Ticket Office with your ticket during the designated period.
Refund procedures differs depending where you bought your ticket.
We will send a further notice to our subscribers by postal mail.
