Sapporo Symphony Orchestra Subscription Concerts are held between April to March next year with 8 program, 2 concerts each (Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon) at the Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara as the main venue.

How to apply
- Applications for new 2025 subscribers are to be accepted from February 7.
- Application is also accepted during the season. (Membership fee with discount varies depending on the month that you become a subscriber.)
- Kindly understand that we cannot accept cancellation due to your cause once you made your payment.
- Refund can only be made under force majeure.
- Please contact Sapporo Symphony Orchestra (TEL +81(0)11-520-1771) if you have any questions regarding subscribing system.
- 『Subscriber applications／Lawson Ticket』 ・Lawson Tickets will show you suggested seats that are available.・Payment can be done by credit card (via internet) or at “Loppi” in Lawson or Mini-Stop Stores.
- 『Subscriber applications／Application forms』 ・Write in your preferred seat type and seat zone, and Sapporo Symphony Orchestra will inform you your seat number. (You cannot choose your seat by this application.) ・Your seat number will be informed via postal mail with payment information. Payment can be done by online credit card within the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra official Website or via postal service. Your seat will be finalized once we receive your payment.
How to pay
- The following credit card payment is applicable for subscribers who continued the membership, or new members who made application via application forms.
- Please pay with your credit card after your seat is informed within a notified letter of payment from Sapporo Symphony Orchestra.
- Do not pay with your credit card if your fee is not notified.
- If you are SUPPORT SAPPORO member, VISIT HERE (SUPPORT SAPPORO Website-Japanese only) for a subsidy-ticket.

Tickets for some seats are sold as single tickets. Ticket sale starts on different date, depending on the concert. Check the sale date from the concert details.

How to purchase
Single Tickets can be purchased at Ticket Offices. Additional charge may be necessary depending on the Ticket Office procedures.
No cancellation or refund is accepted once you made your payment.
Except for the concerts cancelled by force majeure, there will be no refund of your ticket.

| How to Select your favorite 3 | Any 3 concerts during one fiscal year, and seat area will be A or B in principal. Only one ticket can be chosen from one concert. If you wish to attend concerts with your friend or your family, purchase the number of favorites according to the number of members who would like to go together, and make a “set request.” Upon your request, we will arrange the adjacent seats to be reserved. |

- You can enter during the intermission
- 50% discount is available at the Box office during the intermission hour of the subscription concert (No reservation accepted).
- 50% discount is from the single ticket price (no discount for U25 and Smile Seats).
- In case the concert does not have intermission, or all the tickets are sold out, there will be no 50% discount .
- 50% discount is applicable for Subscription Concert only. Masterpiece Concerts, Special Concert and Concerts at other cities (other than Sapporo) do not have this 50% Happy Late Ticket.
Invitation for the Younger People

- U25 for the fiscal 2025 are for those who are born on 2000 or after. Requested to show your birth certificate when purchasing U25.
- Preschoolers cannot attend the concert. Charged babysit service is available upon reservation.
- All prices include consumption tax.
- Extra ticket issuing charge may be necessary depending on the purchase procedures.
- Contact Sapporo Symphony Orchestra if you wish to purchase wheelchair seats or accompany a guide dog.
- No refund or change on your behalf is acceptable after your payment is completed.

You will be paying in one go as you do for your shopping using the credit card following the rules and regulation of your credit card company.

Can I cancel once I made the payment?
Once you made your payment using your credit card, cancellation is not acceptable. Please confirm the price and other inputted information before you finish.
