Sapporo Symphony Orchestra has been searching possibilities to carry out May 28 Subscription hitaru concert series, however due to increase in number of the nationwide infected patients, as well as increase in number of uncertainty infection route, we have decided not to carry out this concert.

Refund of the tickets will be carried out at the Ticket Office, where you have bought your ticket. Please visit the Ticket Office with your ticket during the designated period.

※※For those who has a ticket exchanged with“Introducing more fans coupon,” a new coupon will be exchanged with your ticket. If you have exchanged the coupon at the Sapporo Community Plaza Ticket Center, kindly visit Doshin Playguide for your exchange.

※If you are not certain where you have bought your ticket, call the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra. We will search it with your seat number.

※If you purchased “Lucky hitaru passport,” please contact the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra.

【If you live away from Sapporo, or unable to go to the Ticket offices】
