Sapporo Symphony Orchestra would like to express our deepest condolence to those who suffered from COVID-19. We wish earliest recovery who are now fighting this disease. 

Sapporo Symphony Orchestra has been cancelling the concert because of COVID-19 since end of February. A year has passed since then, and with your kind and warm support, we have restarted our concerts from August 1, 2020.

With your donation, subsidies and cutting salaries and taking actions on diminishing expenditures, our fiscal 2020 income/expenditure is to become surplus. (After approval of our 2020 Income/Expenditure by the Councilor Meeting planned to be held in June, details on this will be uploaded on our website.）。

On the other hand, COVID-19 cannot be ignored in the fiscal 2021. There are concerts being cancelled because of this and the conditions around us is not so optimistic.

●Creative Office CUE Crowdfunding 「Let us live together」Project  （finished on Sept. 30）では、 3,622 people、20,011,046 yen （incl. expenses for T shirts and CD） 

●Addition to above, we have received support and donation from private companies and organizations 38,700,000 yen

●Those who had not asked to reimburse the tickets of the concerts those were cancelled because of COVID-19 7,176,150 yen
