- In order to avoid congestion at the exit, you will be asked to follow staff instruction after the concert. We cannot take or hand over any present to the artists. Waiting at the backstage door is not permitted.

●Those who show body temperature above 37.5 Celsius cannot enter the hall. You will be asked to ripe off a half of your ticket on your own at the entrance.

●Kindly refrain from talking loud or give cheers to the artists.

●Please register your name and contacting information at Ticket Office when you purchase your ticket. Your information may be handed over to health authority if requested in regards to COVID-19.

●All seats will be available for guests to enjoy the concert. There will be no open seats.

●Kitara Ticket Office will be open on July 1. Sakkyo Members who wish to purchase tickets before July 7; you are requested to make a phone call before you visit the Ticket Center.

●There is no advance ticket for members at Ticket PIA.
