※There will be no refund of tickets unless the cancellation of the concert by force majeure. Please consider your body condition before purchasing.

 

【Ticket Sales】

＜Concerts within City of Sapporo＞

●You cannot select your seat on the first day of the ticket sales. You can select the seat from the next day, midnight.

●There is no discount nor presale for Sakkyo members at Ticket PIA. (Please visit Kitara Ticket Center, Doshin Playguide, Citizen’s Community Plaza Ticket Center or Lawson, if you are the member and wish to purchase in advance/discount. )

●Kitara Ticket Center do not handle hitaru series.

 ＜Concerts outside Sapporo＞

●Kindly visit each concert for ticket information.

 

≪Your cooperation is appreciated. ≫

●Please wear your face mask and cooperate in body temperature measurements and sanitizing your fingers and hands.

●If your body temperature is above 37.5 Celsius, you cannot enter the hall. Please rip off one half of your ticket upon entering the hall and place it into a box.

●Refrain from talking loud in the venue.

●You will be asked to register your name and contacting information when purchasing your ticket at the Ticket Box (for the concerts within Sapporo). Your information may be handed over to health authority if needed. You may be asked to write in your name and contacting information on the back of your ticket (for the concerts outside Sapporo).

●Seats are all normal seating, without spaces between each seat.

●Please follow staff instructions when exiting the hall in order to avoid congestion. Kindly refrain from preparing presents to the artists or waiting at the artist’s entrance hall.
