【Precautions upon joining at the concert】
•Wearing face mask is essential inside the hall. Please bring in your own face mask since there are no extra face masks available at the venue.
•There will be a body temperature measurement at the entrance. If you are detected to have your body temperature above 37.5 Celsius, we ask you not to enter the concert hall.
•Please arrive at the venue with enough time.
•If you feel not well, or feel tired or have found yourself having dysgeusia (taste disorder), refrain from attending the concert.
•As to follow the Hokkaido Basic Principal announced for the prevention of COVID-19, and have the hall capacity upto and not above 50%, we ask guests to be seated with one seat open on either direction, right and left; front and back. This would be same when you are attending the concert with your friend or with your family. You cannot be seated next to each other. If case you are visiting with a small child, you can sit on the same one seat, that is your child on your lap.
•In case there is an expansion of the infection, we may be requested to cancel or postpone the concert to follow the governmental order. Kindly check with HOKUDEN website, HBC radio and HBC website.
